1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Getaska website, WhatsApp booking channel, or any Getaska service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Service

Getaska Technologies Ltd. ("Getaska", "we", "us") connects customers in Lagos, Nigeria with verified professional drivers and vehicles for chauffeur hire, airport transfers, corporate transportation, and event transportation. Bookings are made via our website form or WhatsApp and confirmed by a member of our team.

3. Bookings & Payment

• Fares are agreed and communicated before your trip begins. There is no surge pricing or hidden charges.
• Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer, as agreed at booking confirmation.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation via WhatsApp or phone from our team.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by messaging us on WhatsApp. We request at least 2 hours' notice where possible so we can reassign your driver without inconvenience to other customers.

5. Driver & Vehicle Standards

All Getaska drivers undergo identity verification, licence checks, background checks, and a driving assessment. Vehicles are inspected for cleanliness and roadworthiness before each trip.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate pickup, destination, and contact details, and to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Getaska reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases of abusive behaviour, fraudulent information, or safety concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Getaska acts as an intermediary connecting customers with verified drivers. While we screen and vet all drivers, Getaska's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the value of the fare paid for that trip, except where limitation is not permitted by Nigerian law.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when booking or contacting us — name, phone number, email address, and pickup/destination details — solely to fulfil your booking, confirm trips, and respond to enquiries.

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Information may be shared with the assigned driver only as needed to complete your trip.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@getaska.com.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
